Privacy Policy

Aurora Technologies Group ("Aurora," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use and share it, and the rights and choices available to you.

Last updated: July 8, 2026

Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the Aurora Technologies Group corporate website, including any pages, forms, or communications offered through it (collectively, the “Site”). It describes our practices as the operator of this Site and applies regardless of the device you use to access it.

This Policy does not apply to Aurora’s individual products. Each Aurora product — including MeetFelix, MeetBivo, and MeetPierre — is a separate service governed by its own privacy policy and terms of service, which are presented to you when you register for or use that product and which control with respect to information collected through that product. If you use an Aurora product, we encourage you to review that product’s privacy policy carefully. This Policy also does not apply to third-party websites or services that may be linked from the Site.

Information We Collect

We collect information from and about visitors to the Site from the following sources and in the following categories:

  • Information you provide directly. When you contact us through the Site — for example, by submitting our contact form — we collect the information you choose to provide, which may include your name, email address, company affiliation, and the contents of your message. Providing this information is voluntary, but we may be unable to respond to your inquiry without it.
  • Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain technical information about your device and your interaction with the Site, such as your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, referring URLs, pages viewed, links clicked, and the dates and times of your visits. This information is collected through server logs, cookies, and similar technologies described below.
  • Information from service providers. We may receive information about Site usage from the hosting, analytics, security, and infrastructure providers that help us operate the Site, such as aggregated traffic statistics and security event data.

The Site is a corporate informational website. We do not collect financial account information, government identifiers, or other sensitive personal information through the Site, and we ask that you not include such information in messages you send us.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site and our business;
  • to respond to your inquiries, requests, and other communications, including partnership and business-development inquiries;
  • to understand how visitors use the Site, diagnose technical problems, and analyze usage trends so that we can improve the Site’s content and performance;
  • to protect the security and integrity of the Site, including detecting, preventing, and responding to fraud, abuse, security incidents, and other harmful activity;
  • to comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, and governmental requests, and to enforce our Terms of Service and other agreements; and
  • to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, and to protect the rights, property, and safety of Aurora, our users, and others.

We may also create and use aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized data that does not identify you for any lawful purpose, including analytics and product development.

Cookies and Analytics

Like most websites, the Site may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to operate and improve the Site. Cookies are small data files placed on your device that allow us and our service providers to recognize your browser, remember your preferences, and understand how the Site is used. We may use both session cookies, which expire when you close your browser, and persistent cookies, which remain on your device until they expire or are deleted.

We may use third-party analytics services to help us measure traffic and usage trends on the Site. These services may collect information sent by your browser, including the pages you visit and other usage data, and use it to provide us with aggregated reports and insights. Most web browsers allow you to manage cookies through their settings, including blocking or deleting cookies; note that disabling cookies may affect the functionality of some portions of the Site.

How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information, and we have not sold personal information as those terms are defined under applicable privacy laws. We share the information we collect only in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers. We share information with vendors and service providers that perform services on our behalf — such as website hosting, infrastructure, analytics, security, and communications — under obligations to use the information only to provide those services to us.
  • Affiliates and Aurora products. We may share information within the Aurora Technologies Group family of companies and products for the purposes described in this Policy, such as routing your inquiry to the team responsible for the product it concerns. Information collected by an Aurora product itself is governed by that product’s own privacy policy.
  • Legal and safety. We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or is reasonably necessary to enforce our agreements, to detect or prevent fraud or security issues, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Aurora, our users, or the public.
  • Corporate transactions. If Aurora is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, information we hold may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the commitments made in this Policy or to notice of any material changes.

We may also share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including responding to your inquiries, operating and securing the Site, complying with our legal, accounting, and reporting obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements. The appropriate retention period depends on the nature of the information, the purposes for which it is processed, and applicable legal requirements. When personal information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete it, de-identify it, or securely store it and isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.

Data Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption of data in transit, access controls that limit access to personal information to personnel who need it to perform their duties, and monitoring of our systems for potential vulnerabilities. However, no method of transmission over the Internet and no method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of any credentials you use, and you should take care when transmitting information online.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have some or all of the following rights with respect to your personal information: the right to know or access the personal information we hold about you; the right to correct inaccurate personal information; the right to request deletion of your personal information; the right to object to or restrict certain processing; the right to data portability; and the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You will not be discriminated against for exercising any privacy rights available to you under applicable law.

To exercise any of these rights, please submit a request through our contact page, describing the right you wish to exercise. We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request, and we will respond within the time period required by applicable law. If we decline a request in whole or in part, we will explain why, and you may have the right to appeal our decision by submitting a follow-up request through the same channel.

State Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, may provide you with specific rights regarding your personal information, including the rights to know, access, correct, and delete personal information; the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information; and the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights. As stated above, we do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. The categories of personal information we collect, the sources of that information, the purposes for which we use it, and the categories of recipients with which we share it are described in the sections above.

Residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws — including Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Virginia, and others — may have similar rights under those laws, including rights of access, correction, deletion, and portability, and the right to opt out of targeted advertising, sales of personal data, and certain profiling. We honor applicable state privacy rights regardless of where you reside. To exercise any of these rights, or to appeal a decision we have made about a rights request, please submit a request through our contact page.

Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen (13). If you are under 13, do not use the Site or provide any information through it. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information promptly. If you believe a child under 13 may have provided personal information to us, please notify us through our contact page.

Do Not Track

Some web browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) signal that can be transmitted to the websites you visit. Because there is not yet a common industry standard for recognizing and responding to DNT signals, the Site does not currently respond to them. If a standard for responding to such signals is adopted in the future, we will revisit this practice and update this Policy accordingly. You can still manage cookies and similar technologies through your browser settings as described above.

Links to Third-Party Sites

The Site contains links to websites and services operated by third parties, including the websites of Aurora’s own products, each of which maintains its own privacy policy. When you leave the Site by following such a link, any information you provide is governed by the privacy practices of the destination site, not by this Policy. We do not control and are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party websites, and we encourage you to review the privacy policy of every site you visit.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, or other factors. When we do, we will post the updated Policy on this page and revise the “Last updated” date above. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to provide notice, such as posting a prominent notice on the Site before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Site after an updated Policy is posted constitutes your acknowledgment of the updated Policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed about our privacy practices.

Contact

If you have any questions, concerns, or requests regarding this Privacy Policy or our data practices, please reach out to us through our contact page. We will make reasonable efforts to respond to legitimate inquiries in a timely manner and in accordance with applicable law.
