I am writing about my credit card account with Card Services, which I have held since August 2019 and which is now more than 90 days past due. A reduction in my income has left me unable to keep up with the payments, and I would rather resolve this account than let it remain unpaid.
I can offer $1,800, which is 25% of the balance, as a lump sum to settle this account in full. I would pay it within 30 days of receiving your written agreement. If a single payment does not work for you, I can instead pay $270 a month for 12 months, $3,240 in total, which is 45% of the balance.
If you accept either option, please confirm in writing the amount, the payment deadline and how you would like to be paid, and that the account will be reported as settled once the agreed amount is paid.
